esta investigación proporcionan valio-
sas contribuciones al conocimiento aca-
démico y científico sobre la prevención
de enfermedades cardiovasculares en
adultos mayores. Estos hallazgos pue-
den informar el desarrollo de mejores
prácticas y políticas de salud pública,
promoviendo la implementación de pro-
gramas similares en otras áreas y for-
taleciendo la evidencia sobre la impor-
tancia de la actividad física y el enfoque
integral de salud para esta población.
