sectores educativos y sanitarios. El 84% re-
portó una correlación positiva significativa
(r = 0.26-0.58), destacando el rol media-
dor del apoyo social y la autonomía laboral.
Sin embargo, el 22% mostró asociaciones
débiles o nulas en contextos de alta exi-
gencia laboral. La autoestima se asocia
consistentemente con mayores niveles de
satisfacción laboral, aunque esta relación
está moderada por factores organizaciona-
les y psicosociales. Se recomienda imple-
mentar programas de desarrollo personal
y políticas de clima laboral para fortalecer
ambos constructos. Futuras investigaciones
deberían priorizar diseños longitudinales y
análisis de diferencias culturales.
