Eficacia de diferentes concentraciones de hipoclorito de sodio en la reducción de Enterococcus faecalis dentro del conducto radicular, evaluado por el sistema MALDI-TOF

El propósito de este estudio fue determinar la Eficacia de diferentes concentraciones de hipoclorito de sodio en la reducción de enterococus faecalis dentro del conducto radicular, evaluado por el Sistema MALDI TOF. Se utilizaron 34 piezas que fueron inoculadas con Enterococcus Faecalis 29212, se dividieron en dos grupos; Grupo A: irrigación con NaOCl al 0.5, 2.5y 5.25% preparación con el Sist. Protaper, seguido de un protocolo de irrigación final EDTA y ultrasonido. Grupo B: irrigación con NaOCl al 0.5, 2.5y 5.25%, preparación con el Sist. Protaper. Grupo de control: irrigación con solución salina, preparación con el Sist. Protaper. Las diferentes concentraciones de Hipoclorito de sodio son eficaces en la reducción de Enterococcus faecalis en la instrumentación de conductos radiculares.Descargas
