Avances en anestesia regional pediátrica guiada por ecografía para cirugía de trauma ortopédico. Revisión sistemática 2020 – 2025

Este artículo científico busca avances en anestesia regional pediátrica guiada por ecografía para cirugía de trauma ortopédico. En cuanto a los lineamientos de orden metodológico, este se caracterizó por una revisión sistemática de tipo PRISMA, en donde se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión, así como palabras claves tanto en inglés como en español, para construir una cadena de búsqueda en bases de datos como Google académico, Science Direct y PubMed. En el presente estudio se pudo concluir que la ecografía ha permitido tener mayor precisión en la aplicación de la anestesia periférica pediátrica, esto lleva a tener seguridad en los bloqueos nerviosos. Esto se debe que el anestesiólogo tiene la posibilidad de ver en tiempo real el nervio y la dirección de la aguja, esto contribuye a el éxito en el proceso anestésico, la reducción en el tiempo de aplicación, minimizando los riesgos tales como la toxicidad por anestésicos locales y posibles lesiones en estructuras adyacentes, debido que se puede visualizar el nervio y efectuar la punción con mayor precisión.Downloads
